I am a business/journalism uni student. I write my own articles and take a lot of pics!
You assumed right, I am a halfie, but of what? I am half Italian and half Chinese. This mix (or clash) of cultures is pretty much the centre of my Universe and has played a massive role in who I am today. I think that this Eurasian combination growing up and still to this day offers me the best of both worlds, especially in terms of food. Both cultures are so rich, each with their similarities and of course differences.Through my experience of being a Chitalian, both cultures are very big on the importance of family and integrity... and of course never having an empty belly.
Growing up in Melbourne has allowed me to immerse myself in so much of the Chinese culture and the Italian culture without having to leave the country. Melbourne has so much to offer, it's so diverse and multicultural, which is why I love it so much.
My favourite things to do include shopping (in real life and online), exercising, exploring cafes around Melbourne, reading (magazines and fiction) and being artsy crafty when I have the time, which I would probably have more of if I wasn't such a big ass Instagram addict.
I still play Club Penguin and watch Spongebob Squarepants (or Adventure Time) on the DAILY.
